What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into effective people strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.
• Coach managers to foster high-performing teams and a strong leadership culture.
• Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and organizational health.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Analyze people data to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and talent reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align people strategies with business goals.
• Proven experience in coaching managers and influencing stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
