Salary: $130,000–$150,000 plus 20% bonus target

What you will do
- Serve as HR subject matter expert for managers and employees, establishing HR as a credible business partner.
- Deliver customer-oriented HR services across recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and career development.
- Manage HR programs, policies, and procedures that support organizational culture and effectiveness.
- Coach managers and facilitate performance management through coaching, systems, and processes.
- Develop and coordinate learning and development plans to support knowledge transfer and career growth.
- Conduct assessments, partner on solutions, and work with Labor Relations on investigations and difficult employee relations matters; report HR metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the human resources function.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with two of the following: succession planning, talent development, or developing training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of strategic HR experience supporting a multi-state matrixed organization (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working closely with site and corporate leadership teams (preferred).

- Full-time exempt position with compensation of $130,000–$150,000 plus a 20% bonus target.
