HR Business Partner

TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $130,000–$160,000 plus a 20% bonus target.

What you will do

• Advise managers and employees as a trusted HR subject matter expert.
• Manage talent management, organizational effectiveness, HR programs, policies, and procedures.
• Support a positive, diverse, and inclusive culture through education, communication, and initiatives.
• Coach managers, facilitate performance management, and coordinate learning and development plans.
• Partner with labor relations on workplace investigations and complex employee relations matters.
• Lead organizational initiatives, support change management, and report HR metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in human resources.
• At least two years of experience in two of the following areas: succession planning, talent development, or training program development.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least three years of strategic HR experience supporting a multi-state, matrixed organization.
• Experience working closely with site and corporate leadership teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, with up to 25% travel.
