What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand engineering hiring goals and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Build and cultivate technical talent pools while providing industry insight and competitive intelligence.
• Use recruiting metrics to forecast, track, and communicate operational performance.
• Improve sourcing processes, workflows, tools, and methodologies to identify non-traditional talent channels.
• Develop expansive strategies that support a representative and diverse organization.

Requirements

• Strong recruiting and sourcing experience, primarily focused on engineering roles in a fast-growing technology company.
• Experience improving the efficiency of technologies, processes, and workflows.
• Strong relationship-building, consulting, negotiation, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sophisticated knowledge of ATS and CRM platforms; Greenhouse and GEM are preferred.
• Experience partnering with and hiring Senior+ individual contributors and Engineering Manager+ candidates.
