What you will do

• Source candidates across technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, referrals, and creative channels.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Create personalized outreach aligned with the employer brand and values.
• Screen and qualify candidates at the top of the funnel when needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity in the ATS and share market and pipeline insights.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, BDR, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong sourcing skills across recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent written communication and ability to personalize outreach at scale.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing for technical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Interest in employer branding or recruiting operations.
