Salary: $182,600 – $295,350 (including 20% bonus target)

What you will do

• Lead global revenue accounting and OTC operations, shaping the controllership roadmap to support company growth.
• Own accounting for all revenue streams and commissions, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert on revenue recognition and US GAAP (ASC 606) for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with GTM, Legal, and Product teams to define scalable contract structures and approval matrices.
• Strengthen the internal control environment, managing SOX readiness, process documentation, and annual external audits.
• Drive process transformation by implementing automation and AI-enabled solutions within ERP workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 public accounting and industry leadership.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, ASC 606, and revenue cycle operations.
• Proven experience in multi-entity, public-company SOX environments.
• Experience building and improving OTC operations within a fast-paced SaaS or technology company.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite (or similar ERP), CPQ, and SFDC.
• Must be based in the United States.
