A global public company transitioning into a SaaS-based business provider for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry.
What you will do
- Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer, Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing to support commercial strategy and revenue planning.
- Lead commercial finance planning and analysis, including forecasting, annual planning, quota alignment, and commission analysis.
- Provide financial insights and business case analysis to support investment decisions and new product launches.
- Support pricing approvals and non-standard commercial arrangements while ensuring alignment with revenue recognition.
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency across the commercial organization.
Requirements
- Progressive experience in FP&A or commercial finance within a SaaS, software, or recurring revenue environment.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting capabilities with experience in large datasets.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior executive leadership.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Workday, Power BI, or Adaptive Planning.
- Must be based in or able to work from the New York office (Hybrid).
