Group Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, with required work weeks at a TRM hub or designated location typically 1–2 times per quarter; additional travel may be required.

Salary: $230,000–$245,000 US base salary annually, with potential eligibility for TRM’s equity plan.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Onchain Compliance products.
• Hire, coach, develop, and provide direct feedback to Product Managers.
• Prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, report performance, identify risks, and unblock delivery.
• Personally lead critical initiatives, prototype solutions, build AI agents, and ship alongside the team.
• Build customer relationships, participate in strategic deals, and convert customer insights into roadmap decisions.
• Work with financial institutions, fintechs, crypto businesses, regulators, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experience owning complex enterprise products from discovery through launch and measurable business impact.
• Experience building and growing a team of Product Managers, with evidence of improving a PM’s performance.
• Ability to build agents and use AI to accelerate personal and team execution; applied AI fluency will be assessed during interviews.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and ship working solutions quickly.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to make opinionated decisions about what to build, cut, and ship.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas, align teams around a shared vision, and communicate clearly.
• Metrics-driven approach to defining success and failure, reporting honestly, and identifying risks early.
• Ability to influence teams outside the immediate organization and unblock cross-team work.
• Experience building direct customer relationships and understanding financial and regulatory workflows, with accountability for adoption, retention, and revenue.
