Product Manager (Finance)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Understand complex finance workflows end to end and identify dependencies across processes, data, systems, roles, and controls.
• Apply technical fluency across APIs, data flows, interfaces, automation, and system boundaries.
• Analyze complex B2B and operations processes, ideally across finance, ERP, payments, billing, accounting, or internal platforms.
• Challenge initial requirements, identify underlying problems, and translate priorities into refined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate development efforts and handoffs from discovery to delivery.
• Manage release readiness with QA and Technical Leads, stakeholder communication, and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, engineering practices, and technical concepts.
• Familiarity with product management principles and backlog management techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on technical problem resolution.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have
