Group Product Manager (AI)

Location: United States; remote

Salary: $240K–$300K plus equity

What you will do

• Lead and develop product managers across hirify.global and AtomEngine, including setting expectations, coaching through live work, addressing performance gaps, and supporting hiring and growth.
• Shape coherent product direction by connecting company priorities and customer needs, sequencing opportunities, and making decisions about what to pursue, test, or defer.
• Work with users, domain experts, and field teams to understand operational workflows and distinguish recurring needs from individual requests.
• Advance product management with AI agents by partnering with Engineering and Design on discovery and development approaches, context, success criteria, and evaluation.
• Raise product quality by making sophisticated capabilities understandable and dependable while balancing experimentation with customer trust.
• Resolve cross-functional dependencies and competing priorities, clarify ownership, define success before delivery, and adapt based on adoption, customer feedback, and business results.

Requirements

• Direct experience managing product managers, including developing experienced PMs, giving difficult feedback, and improving performance.
• A record of shaping and delivering complex software products with clear customer or business impact.
• Strong product judgment across discovery, strategy, prioritization, and post-launch evaluation.
• Technical fluency that earns Engineering's trust and enables thoughtful tradeoffs with Design.
• Experience leading across multiple teams and communicating consequential decisions clearly.
• Practical curiosity about AI agents and how they can improve product development, together with thoughtful evaluation of their limits.

Nice to have

• Experience with defense customers, planning tools, simulation, or other demanding enterprise workflows.
• Experience from an adjacent industry combined with strong product leadership and a commitment to learning from users.
