Senior Product Manager, Construction Financials

Location: Nashville, Tennessee (onsite) or remote within the United States. Employees outside the Nashville area must travel to the Nashville office at least twice per year for company gatherings, with additional travel possible based on business needs.

Salary: $135,000–$200,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and prioritized roadmap for Construction Financials.
• Research owner and general contractor workflows through customer interviews, workflow analysis, and customer-facing feedback.
• Translate customer pain points into product opportunities and rapidly test concepts with prototypes and focused experiments.
• Lead discovery, development, launch, post-launch measurement, and iteration for owned product improvements.
• Partner with engineering, design, product marketing, and customer-facing teams to make trade-offs and support adoption.
• Define adoption, engagement, customer, and business metrics, and evaluate lender-side integration opportunities.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of product management experience, including taking products from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Experience building B2B software products that simplify complex customer workflows.
• Demonstrated experience with customer discovery, product concept testing, and translating feedback into product decisions.
• Experience partnering with sales and customer-facing teams to identify adoption barriers and prioritize improvements.
• Ability to make trade-offs with incomplete information and iterate quickly in an evolving product area.
• Experience with construction technology or products for construction owners and general contractors is preferred; SaaS or fintech experience is a differentiator.
