Staff Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; based in the Toronto office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Willingness to work in EST and openness to travel are required.

Base pay range: $191,250–$225,000 CAD, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for Canada, including user acquisition, growth, and localized offerings.
• Ship tailored financial products for the Canadian market with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and communicate a Canada-focused product vision and priorities addressing Canadian consumers’ financial needs.
• Drive the roadmap by adapting trading features and building local tax-advantaged features and funding rails.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, communications, compliance, content, customer experience, and marketing teams.
• Ensure parity across product lines in US and global markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products and growth initiatives.
• Experience using research, experimentation, and analytics to guide decisions.
• Experience working with and coordinating globally distributed teams.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, research, legal, compliance, and marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for financial products that improve people’s financial lives.
• Motivation to be a self-starter.
• English proficiency is required.
