Manager, FP&A - Creative & Services (Gaming)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for Sound and Music teams within Creative Arts.
• Oversee finance support for Creative Arts, Localisation, and Co-Development studio teams.
• Partner with business leaders and budget owners to identify risks, opportunities, trade-offs, and business actions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations explaining financial performance, variance drivers, and recommendations.
• Own cost allocation methodology, rate-setting, financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses.
• Manage, coach, and develop two analysts while driving automation, standardisation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related finance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing, coaching, and developing finance professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, technology, or subscription and live-service business models.
• MBA or advanced finance certifications.
