Senior Manager, FP&A Consolidation (Biotech): Leading consolidated FP&A across IDT and Aldevron, including forecasting, planning, performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive decision support with an accent on financial modeling, operational performance, and reporting automation. Focus on analyzing revenue, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and headcount drivers while developing scenario analyses and translating complex data into actionable leadership insights.
Location: Fully remote within the United States; limited travel may be required based on business needs.
Salary: $145,000–$155,000 annual base salary, plus targeted 15% bonus/incentive pay.

What you will do
- Lead consolidated FP&A processes across IDT and Aldevron, including monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning support.
- Prepare executive-ready financial reporting, variance analysis, and operating review materials.
- Analyze bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating profit, cash flow, working capital, and headcount productivity.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and performance analytics for strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Accounting, HR, and systems teams to standardize reporting and improve automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience covering forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, variance analysis, management reporting, and business partnership.
- Experience with FP&A systems, reporting automation, or planning platforms such as OneStream, SAP, D365, or similar tools.
- Ability to influence leadership, collaborate across functions, and drive alignment in a matrixed organization.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear business insights.

- Experience preparing executive-level FP&A materials, operating review content, and performance commentary for senior leadership.
