Finance Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Produce cost centre allocation reports and support quarterly forecasting and annual planning.
• Prepare reconciliations, VAT returns, reporting files, and statutory returns.
• Review accounting transactions and support the month-end close process.
• Deliver management information and analytical reporting for expenses, ledgers, and allocations.
• Collaborate with divisional finance teams on expense ledger, fixed asset, and allocation processes.
• Maintain financial controls, support audits, and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Studying towards or part-qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
• A degree or comparable experience in an analytical finance role.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial or tax analysis, financial reporting, ledger postings, and core accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with Power BI and PowerPoint experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
