Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to one day per week from home

Base salary: $69,500–$118,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers

What you will do

• Partner with Global Investment Operations, Global Client Account Services, and Security stakeholders on expense drivers, trends, risks, and business insights.
• Support budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, and month-end close activities.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and communicate key financial drivers.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and materials for leadership, business reviews, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Improve reporting, forecasting, and FP&A processes while maintaining data integrity and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, month-end close, and variance analysis.
• Ability to automate Excel-based processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with financial systems and data tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, or other dashboarding tools.
