Salary: $49,400 – $58,800 (based on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Review and QC scanned or digital copies of signed closing documents prior to funding.
• Verify that all closing conditions are satisfied and documentation is legible and complete.
• Serve as the primary hirify.global of contact for funding-related inquiries and resolve any delays.
• Coordinate with title companies to ensure wire amounts are accurate.
• Submit wire requests according to company procedures and finalize fundings in the internal system.

Requirements

• 1+ years of mortgage funding experience with strong knowledge of real estate documents and escrow processes.
• Experience communicating with title companies, counties, and external parties.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
