Location: Remote (WA). Must work PST hours and Saturday rotational shifts

Salary: $21.65–$38.03 hourly

What you will do

• Guide consumer loans from application through funding, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established timelines.
• Validate loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and proper scoring within the Loan Origination System.
• Prepare, review, and finalize compliant closing documentation for member signatures.
• Execute loan funding and disbursement activities accurately.
• Analyze supporting documents including income verification, collateral insurance, and vehicle titles.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to clear collateral conditions and resolve title discrepancies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or equivalent work/educational experience (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in consumer, indirect, or small business lending.
• Proficiency in loan origination systems and professional document review.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to work PST hours and rotational Saturday shifts.

Nice to have

• Thorough knowledge of RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, and ECOA rules and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
