What you will do

• Answer inbound customer calls to discuss loan products and prequalification criteria.
• Communicate loan progress clearly to consumers and collect required documentation.
• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business.
• Monitor and manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion goals.
• Collaborate with Operations and Processing teams to ensure smooth loan closings.

Requirements

• Must be an NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products.
• Deep understanding of consumer lending regulations including RESPA, TILA, and fair lending.
• Proven track record in phone sales and client relationship management.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and reside within the country.
