What you will do

• Design high voltage systems and sub-systems including HV batteries, BMS, charging systems, and power electronics.
• Develop and manage system architectures while ensuring compliance with performance and safety requirements.
• Define and maintain battery and HV system requirements, interfaces, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and interface directly with customers to gather technical specifications.
• Conduct hazard analyses and implement HV safety concepts, including electrical isolation and grounding.
• Provide technical guidance during system installation, commissioning, and validation activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering.
• 4-7 years of experience in Battery, High Voltage, or Electrification Systems.
• Deep understanding of HV safety principles, electrical protection, and electrified vehicle architectures.
• Familiarity with Battery Management Systems (BMS) and charging technologies.
• English: Business fluent level (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in Italy (Cavriago or Torino).
