What you will do

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions from concept through design.
• Develop and improve failure detection algorithms, diagnostics, and monitoring software.
• Analyze service tickets and field feedback to identify system-level issues and patterns in system logs.
• Diagnose hardware, power electronics, and mechanical failures on returned units.
• Provide technical repair instructions to repair centers and verify the effectiveness of countermeasures.
• Collaborate with the Data Science & Analysis team to leverage fleet data for failure trend analysis.

Requirements

• MSc in Electronics Engineering with proven knowledge of power electronics.
• Professional experience in R&D and System Engineering.
• Knowledge of C programming for embedded microcontrollers.
• Experience with simulation tools such as Matlab/Simulink and SPICE.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies including 8D, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian and/or German is required.
