Equipment Trainer Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: San Biagio di Callalta, Treviso, Italy; office based. The role includes domestic and international travel, approximately 25% of the time, and occasional off-shift or weekend training. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: €34,000–€62,000 per year, depending on experience and interview results.

What you will do

• Deliver theoretical and hands-on training on advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment at the Global Technical Learning Center and customer sites.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and certify technical training programs and ongoing learning activities.
• Support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and operational activities for training laboratory equipment.
• Lead projects, coordinate project team members, and collaborate with global training teams, Technical Publications, and Product Business Groups.
• Create and improve technical documentation, evaluate instructor performance, and apply Instructional System Design processes.
• Coach and mentor instructors while maintaining expert knowledge and certifications across assigned products and platforms.

Requirements

• Technical university degree.
• Deep technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and related installation, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver classroom and hands-on technical instruction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and solve complex technical and instructional challenges.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including approximately 25% travel and occasional off-shift or weekend training.
• Availability to work from the office-based facility in San Biagio di Callalta, Treviso, Italy.
