What you will do

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for espresso coffee machines.
• Create and validate mechanical designs using 3D CAD from concept through detailed design and integration.
• Translate consumer, product, and business requirements into robust engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and suppliers to ensure successful product industrialization.
• Analyze and refine designs to meet quality, compliance, cost, and performance targets.
• Support ongoing lifecycle management and continuous improvement of existing products.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in consumer products.
• Strong experience with 3D CAD design, specifically Siemens NX.
• Solid knowledge of plastics and injection molding technologies.
• Native-level Italian and good command of English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Gaggio Montano, Italy.
