What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners via phone, email, and text.
• Qualify incoming leads and schedule roof inspections and appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage digital customer files.
• Coordinate permits, warranties, and administrative workflows throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media content.
• Assist with invoicing and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Operations, Administration, or Virtual Assistance.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Reliable home office setup with stable high-speed internet.
