What you will do

• Translate customer pain points into detailed implementation, migration, and transition plans.
• Execute project plans and task schedules to ensure on-time delivery of software deployments.
• Design and manage software integrations and application deployments to align with business needs.
• Lead consulting engagements and drive collaboration between internal functional teams and customers.
• Conduct educational webinars and workshops to facilitate product adoption and success.
• Monitor adoption metrics and create customer journey playbooks to continuously improve onboarding.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico (employment via EOR).
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, software implementation, or technical consulting.
• 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar vertical SaaS solutions.
• Strong IT technical skills and proficiency in platform integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in marketing.
• Knowledge of internal systems such as Freshdesk.
