Salary: $110,000–$150,000 annual on-target earnings, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with named public-sector customers and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Lead deployments, training sessions, lunch-and-learns, user support, and customer workflow onboarding.
• Analyze customer infrastructure, operations, requirements, and HPC environments to plan successful cloud deployments.
• Help customers define and execute digital transformation strategies, including migration of workloads from on-premises systems to the cloud.
• Present technical solutions at conferences, user groups, and webinars.
• Partner with Solutions Architecture, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to improve the ScaleX platform.

Requirements

• U.S. Person status is required.
• At least 2 years of software, hardware, or cloud experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience addressing complex technical challenges in defense or the public sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge of HPC environments, schedulers, IaaS, scripting languages, and customer deployments.
• Strong customer focus, empathy, problem-solving ability, and technical communication skills.

Nice to have

• 3 years of enterprise cloud, hardware, or software technical experience.
• Knowledge of an HPC discipline such as CFD, FEA, molecular dynamics, weather forecasting, computational chemistry, or machine learning.
• Experience with enterprise customers in aerospace, automotive, life sciences, oil and gas, semiconductor, EDA, or federal sectors.
• Experience with HPC simulation software such as ANSYS, Siemens, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, LAMMPS, GROMACS, or similar tools.
• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
