What you will do

• Consult customers on website-related questions via calls, email, and chat.
• Process customer requests timely and effectively to ensure high service quality.
• Resolve customer issues with a primary goal of customer retention.
• Promote platform features and websites to customers when opportunities arise.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality across all interaction channels.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Ability to analyze people psychologically and remain sensitive to emotions.
• High stress resistance, energy, and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Capability to swiftly navigate difficult situations and provide professional solutions to complicated cases.
• Fast typing skills in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Japanese, Spanish, or Chinese.
