Focus on monitoring SLAs/SLOs, resolving structural issues, and managing project implementations.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key account after-sales requests via phone and email.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and Service Level Objectives (SLO).
  • Proactively identify structural issues, analyze them, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Own and lead the official escalation process for customer complaints and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong operational relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project implementations and roll-outs, controlling schedules, risks, and scope.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-oriented or account management role.
  • Experience within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Fluency in English and Croatian language.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid work arrangement.
