What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for key account after-sales requests via phone and email.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual SLAs and Service Level Objectives (SLO).
- Proactively identify structural issues, analyze them, and implement necessary improvements.
- Own and lead the official escalation process for customer complaints and issues.
- Build and maintain strong operational relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project implementations and roll-outs, controlling schedules, risks, and scope.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-oriented or account management role.
- Experience within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Fluency in English and Croatian language.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Must be based in Warsaw, Poland for a hybrid work arrangement.
