Senior Growth Manager

Location: Hybrid (London), teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end pitch process from initial brief and proposal writing to final presentations.
• Qualify inbound leads by researching prospective clients and their specific business challenges.
• Partner with Finance to lead commercial negotiations, set fees, and define project scopes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to assemble winning pitch teams and compelling proposals.
• Analyze agency competitors to shape winning pitch strategies.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate prospect research and competitive analysis.

Requirements

• Solid experience in business development or growth within a creative or branding agency.
• Proven track record of managing successful pitch processes under tight deadlines.
• Commercial confidence in managing budgets and fee negotiations.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create a creative "hook" for proposals.
• Experience presenting to and building relationships with C-suite executives.
• Strong research skills and a collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary teamwork.
