Staff Product Manager (Fintech): Driving the growth and activation of a card product to scale Engine's fintech capabilities with an accent on onboarding, activation flows, and conversion optimization. Focus on designing and shipping experiments across the funnel to turn interest into adoption and repeat use.
Location: Remote - US
Salary: $181,400 - $251,000 USD

What you will do
- Own the growth product roadmap for the card product, focusing on onboarding and activation flows.
- Drive conversion and activation across the entire funnel, from first touch to repeat use.
- Design and ship product experiments to establish a repeatable growth motion.
- Identify and resolve friction points in the early user experience to improve adoption.
- Partner with ering, design, data, and marketing teams to maintain a high bar for craft and speed.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in product management.
- Strong track record as a growth or activation PM for consumer or prosumer products.
- Expertise in running product experiments and critically analyzing data.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Experience with fintech or card products is a strong plus.
