What you will do

• Own the growth product roadmap for the card product, focusing on onboarding and activation flows.
• Drive conversion and activation across the entire funnel, from first touch to repeat use.
• Design and ship product experiments to establish a repeatable growth motion.
• Identify and resolve friction points in the early user experience to improve adoption.
• Partner with hirify.globalering, design, data, and marketing teams to maintain a high bar for craft and speed.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in product management.
• Strong track record as a growth or activation PM for consumer or prosumer products.
• Expertise in running product experiments and critically analyzing data.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with fintech or card products is a strong plus.
