Location: US Remote
Salary: $290,800–$436,200 USD (good faith salary range for Zone 1)

What you will do
- Own the Fintech product roadmap and multi-year vision, balancing near-term delivery with long-term transformation of trade financial tools.
- Drive evolution of payments (e.g., Tap to Pay, Pay by Bank) and lead Money-Out strategy using build/buy/partner decisions.
- Lead product teams delivering payments and embedded finance solutions, partnering with Engineering on technical architecture and delivery.
- Manage commercial partnerships with gateways, processors, issuing banks, and lenders end-to-end, including deal structuring and integration performance.
- Build cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Compliance, and Finance to grow acquisition, transaction volume, and adoption.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across relevant jurisdictions, implement risk management, and report portfolio performance with actionable insights.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years leading teams in fintech, payments, or embedded finance in a high-growth SaaS/technology environment.
- Deep payments domain knowledge (gateways, processors, interchange economics, network rules, and merchant acquisition for online and in-person).
- Proven experience managing complex commercial partnerships with financial institutions, processors, or lenders, including end-to-end negotiation and deal structuring.
- Experience with P&L accountability or GM-level business ownership (revenue levers, margin dynamics, and resource decisions).
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership without relying on org-chart authority.
