What you will do

• Own the multi-year strategy for fintech solutions, defining priorities, target segments, and growth opportunities.
• Take full P&L responsibility, including revenue targets, margins, and transaction volumes.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage relationships with payment processors, banks, and lenders.
• Drive go-to-market execution to increase customer acquisition and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, operations, finance, and sales.
• Make strategic build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions based on commercial impact and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, consumer financing, or embedded finance.
• Proven track record of managing a business unit with full P&L and revenue accountability.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with financial institutions and fintech partners.
• Strong understanding of payment economics, lending models, and revenue structures.
• Expertise in B2B2C business models and GTM strategies.
• Must be based in the United States
