What you will do

• Manage monthly closing and controlling, including revenue, cost, and FTE variance analysis across entities.
• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes in close partnership with business units and group functions.
• Perform high-impact ad-hoc analyses and build business cases to guide senior leadership's strategic decisions.
• Prepare internal management reports for the board and support external reporting for investors and auditors.
• Develop and optimize scalable controlling tools and financial frameworks to structure complex data.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to leadership and stakeholders across Switzerland, Germany, and the UK.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, FP&A, audit, transaction services, or consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for modeling large and complex datasets.
• Strong analytical mindset and agility to operate in a scaling environment with undefined processes.
• English: Fluency (C1) required.
• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom.
