FP&A Associate (Finance)

Location: Office-based in West London, four days a week, with one remote day of choice.

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis and model the impact of new markets and operating model changes.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Control internal OPEX costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and identify areas for corrective action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and enhance automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis (Big 4 experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL for building models and querying large datasets.
• Working understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication skills for translating financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Preference for candidates pursuing CIMA, ACCA/ACA, or CFA qualifications.
