What you will do

• Manage the Group's annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles to ensure accurate and insightful outputs.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support short and long-term planning activities.
• Produce well-structured management reporting packs for the Exco, Board, and senior leadership.
• Act as a subject matter expert for financial planning systems, specifically Anaplan, driving system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, Investor Relations, and Treasury to align planning and accounting outputs.
• Analyze complex data to provide actionable insights and support ad hoc requests from senior leadership.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience in FP&A, ideally within complex, multi-entity, or international organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Anaplan and/or Essbase.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into clear, concise insights for both Finance and non-Finance audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work in the London office under a hybrid model (3 days per week).
