What you will do

• Build and maintain Excel-based financial models for pricing analysis, churn, retention, and fiber investment cases.
• Own recurring reporting for key FTTH metrics, including subscriber growth, ARPU, and Cost per Gross Add (CPGA).
• Perform financial analysis using NPV, IRR, and payback period methodologies to support network expansion.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, tracking performance against forecasts and highlighting variances.
• Collaborate with FP&A leadership and cross-functional partners to translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and analytical processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate outputs under tight deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC to support a hybrid workforce.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in telecommunications or subscription-based, capital-intensive businesses.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and subscriber-based business models.
