What you will do

• Develop monthly content strategies, content pillars, themes, and structured calendars across social media, blogs, and PR.
• Create clear, engaging, and on-brand copy and content for multiple marketing channels.
• Manage online communities by monitoring and responding to social media comments and queries.
• Prepare monthly social media reports covering engagement, impressions, reach, and follower growth.
• Support the setup and optimisation of Meta Ads campaigns, tracking CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
• Support franchise partners with marketing queries, brand guidelines, and triannual marketing toolkits.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Strong experience with social media, content, email marketing, and B2B PR.
• Proven copywriting and campaign delivery experience across multiple channels.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience with social scheduling, email marketing, analytics, and content management platforms such as Metricool, Momence, Google Data Studio, or Canva.
• Fluent English required; the role is based in a hybrid setup in Algés, Lisbon.
