What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of paid media campaigns across paid search, paid social, direct buy, e-retail media, and affiliate channels.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial briefing and goal definition to execution, financial management, and ROI maximization.
• Collaborate with the Digital Manager on strategic planning to identify trends and innovative approaches to drive client competitiveness.
• Act as a strategic point of contact for client service teams and clients, ensuring transparent and proactive communication regarding performance.
• Mentor and develop junior team members by sharing best practices and guiding their professional growth.
• Monitor campaign performance through rigorous data analysis to identify actionable insights and implement continuous optimizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in implementing digital paid media campaigns.
• University degree (Licenciatura).
• Solid knowledge of paid search and paid social platforms and configuration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical skills and experience with web analytics platforms.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
