What you will do

• Own marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
• Embed with Ecosystem and Growth teams to develop narratives that accelerate ecosystem priorities.
• Translate complex blockchain and scaling concepts into clear communications across channels.
• Support ecosystem builders by amplifying project momentum and improving their marketing frameworks.
• Build scalable marketing systems, playbooks, and repeatable go-to-market processes.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a strategic marketing generalist and campaign operator.
• Ability to work with high ownership in a lean, ambiguous environment.
• Deep understanding of Web3 culture, narratives, and communities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Proactive, curious, systems-oriented approach to ecosystem growth.
• Must be based in Portugal for the remote role.
