What you will do

• Own B2B marketing data pipelines, SQL queries, and performance reporting across the funnel.
• Manage technical administration for HubSpot and Salesforce, including syncs and list segmentation.
• Design and optimize intelligent workflows using n8n, Clay, and Claude Code.
• Act as product owner for internal AI tools to maximize team effectiveness.
• Partner with data teams to ensure clean, structured data and self-serve dashboarding.
• Enforce governance for database cleanliness and lead-routing logic.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal with a valid EU visa.
• Expert-level experience configuring and administering HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
• Strong proficiency with SQL, BI tools, and marketing attribution software.
• Experience building multi-step automations using iPaaS tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive tool adoption.
• Insatiable curiosity for AI, API integrations, and modern data enrichment.
