Korean-Speaking Customer Service & Logistics Executive

What you will do

• Manage the complete customer order-to-delivery cycle and maintain timely, accurate order processing.
• Coordinate deliveries with manufacturing sites, logistics providers, customers, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment status and delivery performance, communicate updates, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, product certificates, technical documentation, and delivery records.
• Support monthly sales closing, tax invoice processing, Accounts Receivable follow-up, and data compliance.
• Provide administrative support for Korea business operations, including procurement, travel, visitors, events, and business inquiries.

Requirements

• South Korean national currently based in the UAE or highly proficient in written and spoken Korean.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics or supply chain coordination, and sales administration.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Accounts Receivable, invoicing, import/export documentation, or logistics processes is relevant to the role.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in a multinational or international business environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, especially the MM and SD modules.
