What you will do

• Drive operational performance of import, export, and transit activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for local customs authorities to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to optimize operating costs and reduce customs duty spend.
• Manage operational interactions with customs brokers and third-party providers.
• Ensure compliance under the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) authorization, Inward processing, and Outward processing regimes.
• Monitor KPIs and execute continuous improvement for all customs operations processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Economics, Administration, International Business, or similar fields.
• At least 5 years of experience working with Customs.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and conflict management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP or specialized Customs software.
