What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to manage order-to-delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with demand planners and account managers to ensure forecast alignment.
  • Handle logistics, billing, and return-related claims with transparent resolution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators including delivery performance and claim resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to customer-specific procedures and contractual service-level agreements.
  • Recommend opportunities for service level and compliance improvements.

Requirements

  • Korean language proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or logistics.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation skills regarding contract terms and pricing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Manila.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Incoterms and trade compliance.
  • Experience with country-specific export requirements.
