What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to manage order-to-delivery processes.
- Collaborate with demand planners and account managers to ensure forecast alignment.
- Handle logistics, billing, and return-related claims with transparent resolution.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators including delivery performance and claim resolution.
- Ensure adherence to customer-specific procedures and contractual service-level agreements.
- Recommend opportunities for service level and compliance improvements.
Requirements
- Korean language proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Strong negotiation skills regarding contract terms and pricing.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Manila.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Incoterms and trade compliance.
- Experience with country-specific export requirements.
