What you will do

• Analyze end-to-end business and IT requirements for cashless payment transactions.
• Design solutions for business applications in collaboration with architects and development teams.
• Perform feasibility assessments and cost analysis for proposed changes.
• Steer the implementation process and support the production launch of new business features.
• Act as the primary interface between product management, sales, and development.
• Lead small-scale projects to enhance business capabilities.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a business analyst, business engineer, or requirements engineer.
• Very good proficiency in English and German.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with DevOps and agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial sector, specifically the payment industry.
• Knowledge of API definition.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
