Location: Hybrid in Milan, Italy, with at least one day per week in the Milan office

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Manage Revenue Growth Management projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, internal experts, and client stakeholders.
• Support FMCG manufacturers with pricing, promotion, revenue, and profitability analysis.
• Translate business needs into tailored analytical outputs for RGM, Category, Consumer Insights, Sales, and leadership audiences.
• Turn NIQ data and analytical results into clear, business-focused presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Present insights and recommendations in formal and informal client meetings, both online and in person.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and expand into Category Management projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or business area.
• Solid FMCG experience, ideally in Revenue Growth Management or Category Management.
• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, revenue drivers, analytical methods, and numerical concepts.
• Fluent Italian and strong English required, both spoken and written.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, consulting, and independent-working skills, plus a university degree or equivalent experience.
