What you will do

• Consolidate forecasts, market projections, and profitability analyses to support strategic business decisions.
• Maintain and track launch readiness plans, milestones, and timelines for priority market launches.
• Develop and manage KPI dashboards to monitor launch and post-launch performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and consolidate inputs from various business units and partners.
• Improve launch governance tools, reporting frameworks, and best-practice repositories.
• Support geo-expansion assessments and track opportunities across the international portfolio.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical launch excellence, business operations, or strategic planning.
• Proven ability to support launch readiness frameworks and milestone tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business planning, forecasting, and profitability assessments.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
