• Drive cross-area dependency management and maintain alignment with other Delivery Areas, IT leadership, and Architecture.
• Act as the business representative for complex international change projects and programmes.
• Hierarchically manage Customer Journey Experts within the delivery domain.
• Strengthen the “hirify.global way of workhirify.global” through clear direction and sound decision-makhirify.global.
• Facilitate cross-border interaction and maintain open, transparent communication across domains.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience.
• Proven experience in product delivery, roadmap creation, analysis, and product backlog prioritisation.
• Ability to drive delivery excellence and maintain consistent execution in complex, regulated environments.
• Deep product knowledge paired with excellent technical understandhirify.global.
• Strong analytical skills and a track record of makhirify.global data-driven decisions.
