Team Lead Industrial Networking Services

Location: EMEA remote; occasional international travel required. The role is associated with Venlo, Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead the services business for the assigned industrial segment and manage technical service delivery.
• Develop service strategies, processes, and best practices to improve operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the services team with a focus on collaboration and quality.
• Monitor service performance, analyze trends, and report profitability and KPIs to senior management.
• Manage escalations and complex customer issues through timely resolution and clear communication.
• Drive adoption of service documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Communication Engineering, or equivalent experience with networking certifications.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial sectors, preferably networking companies, or project management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience and strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of data solutions, Industrial Ethernet, network security, or related networking services.
• Experience with performance monitoring, workflow coordination, resource allocation, service quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Fluency in English and strong communication, interpersonal, intercultural, and adaptability skills.
