What you will do

• Lead the services business for assigned segments and manage technical services delivery.
• Develop and implement service strategies, processes, and best practices to drive operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the services team with a focus on collaboration and quality.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on profitability and KPIs to senior management.
• Manage escalations and complex technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Drive the adoption of service documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Communication Engineering, or equivalent experience with networking certifications.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial sectors (preferably network companies) or project management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis.
• Must be based within the EMEA region.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Data Solutions, Industrial Ethernet (wired/wireless), or Network Security.
• Experience in Performance Monitoring, Workflow Coordination, and Resource Allocation.
• Skills in Service Quality Assurance and Process Improvement.
