What you will do

• Lead organizational workstreams for high-value enterprise on-site deployments, from kickoff to closeout.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to transform customer operational pain into adopted workflows.
• Implement automation operating and governance models to ensure customers can scale hirify.global sustainably.
• Map business processes to identify high-impact automation opportunities and build ROI-based business cases.
• Develop and manage automation roadmaps with clear prioritization and sequencing logic.
• Identify upsell signals and provide field insights to improve internal product playbooks.

Requirements

• Experience in deployment, implementation, or technical customer success roles at a B2B software company.
• Proven ability to drive adoption within complex, high-stakes enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in business process mapping, value modeling, and ROI estimation.
• Technical fluency to understand architecture and conduct convincing product demos.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time across Europe.
• English fluency: C1 level required for communication with technical and executive audiences.
