What you will do

• Lead and coordinate the service team to ensure efficient execution and contractual compliance.
• Act as the primary interface between the service team, customer technical leads, and internal management.
• Monitor service performance, KPIs, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks while maintaining clear documentation and traceability.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to resource management, including performance reviews, skills assessments, and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, service management, or team leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams and coordinating service delivery in customer-facing environments.
• Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with multidisciplinary teams.
